Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 30, 2026
This policy explains what information CREATIVxBI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. CREATIVxBI is a brand of Drupefruit LLC. In this policy, "we," "us," and "CREATIVxBI" mean Drupefruit LLC.
1. Who we are
Drupefruit LLC, doing business as CREATIVxBI, is a consulting business that provides AI operational consulting, website and market-readiness audits, business-intelligence deliverables, and buyer-side research built from public regulatory data. You can reach us at:
- Email: support@creativxbi.com
- Mail: Drupefruit LLC, 2108 N St #14738, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business and deliver our services.
Information you provide
- Contact and business details you share when you inquire, engage us, or correspond: name, company, email, phone, and role.
- Engagement information you provide so we can perform the work, such as your website, accounts you ask us to review, and project requirements.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation, the amount, and limited billing details needed for our records.
- Communications you send us by email or other channels.
Information collected automatically
- Basic site and server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and running. We keep our website lean and do not run advertising trackers.
Information from public sources
Some of our services analyze information that is already public, most notably U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Form ADV filings and other public regulatory records. This is public-record data about firms, not information we collect from you. We process it to produce research deliverables for our clients. We do not treat public filing data as confidential personal information beyond what the public record already discloses.
3. How we use information
- To provide, deliver, and support the services you engage us for.
- To communicate with you about inquiries, engagements, invoices, and scheduling.
- To process payments and keep accurate business and tax records.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Payment processing
We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay an invoice or payment link, your card and payment details are collected and handled directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards. We recommend reviewing Stripe's policy to understand how they handle payment data.
5. How we share information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations. These include our payment processor (Stripe), email and communication providers, and our website host and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare).
- Professional advisers such as accountants and legal counsel, when reasonably needed.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers, if the business or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our marketing site is intentionally minimal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Any cookies used are limited to what is necessary for the site or client portal to function (for example, keeping you signed in to a report you have been granted access to). Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, though some features may not work without them.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Business and billing records are typically retained for the period required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request deletion, and request correction. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no opt-out of sale to submit. To make a request, email support@creativxbi.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.
10. Third-party links
Our site and deliverables may link to third-party sites, such as official SEC records. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies separately.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
